Technical college in each upazila

DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that technical college will be set up in each upazila of the country to make the manpower skilled, competent.

The premier came up with the disclosure while addressing a program at Diploma Engineers Institute Auditorium in city on Wednesday.

Sheikh Hasina said that the incumbent government took various steps for rural, agricultural and educational developments.  Work is in progress to develop the necessary infrastructure.

The Prime Minister also said that by setting up technical college in every upazila the government has planned to make skilled human resources.
